strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, citrus fruits, melons, etc.

phyto-chemicals that help protect against naturally occurring cancer risk.

A diet high in fruits and vegetables has been linked to a reduced risk of cancers of the colon, esophagus, lungs
and stomach.
